Google Calendar - Scheduling Appointments

  1. To schedule an appointment in Google Calendars, click on the Create button. A new window will open.

  2. Enter your event details.

  3. In the Add guests area, enter the email addresses of people you would like to invite to the appointment.

  4. After each email address, click the Add button to add the person to the appointment.

  5. Click the Save button to schedule the appointment.
