Google Documents - Inserting Comments

If you need to add a comment to your Google Document that you do necessarily want as part of your document, you can do that by inserting a comment bubble.

  1. Place your cursor where you would like to insert a comment. Click Insert > Comment in the menu bar.



  2. The comment box will now open with your Google name.  Type your comment.  



  3. Your comment will appear on the side of your document with a highlight to indicate a comment.



  4. To remove a comment, click the Resolve button in the comment bubble.
