Google Documents - Inserting Comments
If you need to add a comment to your Google Document that you do necessarily want as part of your document, you can do that by inserting a comment bubble.
- Place your cursor where you would like to insert a comment. Click Insert > Comment in the menu bar.
- The comment box will now open with your Google name. Type your comment.
- Your comment will appear on the side of your document with a highlight to indicate a comment.
- To remove a comment, click the Resolve button in the comment bubble.
